In den harmonisch eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten könnt ihr gemeinsam mit eurem Baby, Kind oder für euch selbst wertvolle Zeit erleben. Die Landkurse schulen nicht nur spielerisch die Motorik und fördern die natürliche Entwicklung, sondern schaffen auch Momente der Ruhe und des Austauschs.
Babys und Kleinkinder treffen auf Gleichaltrige und machen so wichtige – oft erste – soziale Erfahrungen.
Aqua & Soul Landkurse für Babys und Kleinkinder
- Babymassage ab sechs Wochen bis ca. sieben Monate
- FenKid® – achtsame Eltern-Kind-Begleitung im 1. Lebensjahr
- Kleinkindturnen ab 18 Monaten (mit Eltern) bzw. ab vier Jahren (ohne Eltern)
- Yoga mit Kind ab zwei Monaten bis ins Grundschulalter
Landkurse für Erwachsene
- Pilates Pränatal: Fit und stark – Stabilität des Körpers in der Schwangerschaft
- Pilates Postnatal: Rückbildung – zurück zum eigenen Körper nach der Schwangerschaft
- Pilates: Ganzheitliches Körpertraining für jedes Level
- Mama-Baby-Yoga: Entspannter Geist und Körper gemeinsam mit Baby (inkl. Rückbildungsgymnastik)
- Yoga: Verschiedene Stile in deutscher und englischer Sprache
